Our Shipping Policy
We ship from Canada in discreet packaging and provide a tracking number for all items shipped.
We offer free shipping to USA, Canada, UK, and Australia on orders over $150.00, however packages can take from 3 to 14 days to arrive at your doorstep depending on where we are shipping to. Some of our items offer free shipping without meeting the minimum purchase requirement.
If you want to get your items sooner, we offer express shipping, which is calculated at the time of checkout based on your location.
Sometimes there are issues with shipping, such as you haven’t received your item, and we want to fix those issues as soon as they arise, so if tracking says your item has arrived and it’s not in your hands, please feel free to contact us and we will check into it right away.
International Shipping not listed above: We will try to ship to your country but we highly recommend you contact us first to ensure that it’s possible. Given the nature of some of our products, it can go either way, so please reach out. We will get back to you ASAP.
